This lightning talk outlines the scope, partners, and services of ECHO in Southeast Asia. ECHO's goal is to empower network members to advance food security and sustainable livelihoods among the poor, in fields such as sustainable agriculture, water and sanitation, participatory approaches, and seed saving and banking. ECHO offers technical expertise, multi-lingual technical resources, access to resources and equipment, and educational and networking events.
