Professor Fassé Samaké is a Professor in Microbiology and Microbial Ecology, and the Head of the Cooperation Department of the University of Sciences, Techniques and Technologies of Bamako, Mali. He obtained his Masters and Doctorate degrees from ISFRA at the University of Mali, and specializes in the study of the microbial diversity and ecosystems, quality assessment, and food safety. Dr. Samaké has supervised both undergraduate and graduate students, and is a PI and Co-PI for a number of research projects, having contributed to 32 scientific publications and numerous other scientific communications.
