Kushal Naharki has worked in the field of agricultural development for more than 5 years. He is highly dedicated towards supporting communities through knowledge sharing, training, events, webinars, and campaigns. 

He has worked as an Agriculture Extension Officer, a Youth Advisory Group for Youth Power Learning and Evaluation, a YouthLead Ambassador, a Regional Ambassador to Asia for Tunza EcoGeneration, a Local Representative of YPARD Nepal, and a Project Member of Climateducate South Asia. 

He earned his bachelor degree in agriculture from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He believes that we are our own leader of positive changes and innovations in our community. He is interested in agriculture, integrated pest management, entrepreneurship, capacity building, plant health and extension.
