Description

Stephen Weller of Purdue University shared findings from his team's research on African indigenous vegetables (AIVs) during a Horticulture Innovation Lab event "Key Opportunities for Nutrition" on July 9, 2014, in Washington, D.C.

Topics presented include nutritional benefits of AIVs, gender concerns, marketing and consumer preferences of AIVs, and constraints to production.
