This Trellis Fund "concept note" was designed to focus on building research capacity for postharvest-related research in Ghana.

The Kayaba Management Foundation and Dev Paudel, University of Florida graduate student, shared lessons learned from this Trellis Fund project in a blog post and Feed the Future newsletter article, "Students help students learn state-of-the-art science."
