Katie Schroeder is the Fiscal Officer for the Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Horticulture at UC Davis. In this role she ensures accurate financial tracking and reporting of grant funds, oversees project budgets and contracts, and accounts for all transactions in the university’s financial systems. She has had an extensive career in accounting, including several years in the non-profit space. She holds a Masters in Accounting from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a B.S. in Business Administration from CSU, Sacramento.
