Ana Lucía Juárez has 6 years of experience in the production of vegetables and non-tropical fruit crops. Working directly with smallholders, her aim is to increase yield and improve crop quality while seeking access to better markets. In the past, Ana Lucia has worked on international cooperation projects with organizations such as USAID, UNDP, Mugen Gainetik, and We Effect. Ana Lucia is an Agricultural Engineer specializing in Agricultural Production Systems, with a Master's degree in Nutritional Food Security. She has also taken courses in finance, entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Rural Development.
