To effectively implement research projects, the Horticulture Innovation Lab established four Regional Hubs that host a Regional Hub Manager. The Regional Hub Managers operate as the on-the-ground as program coordinators, networkers, monitors, evaluators, and disseminators of information. Regional Hub Managers are tasked and supported to not only engage in the field with implementers, but also to engage with stakeholders or end-users to collect insights into the effectiveness and progress of research. Ultimately, the Regional Hub Managers are the on-the-ground representatives of the Horticulture Innovation Lab.
