Presentation by John Bowman, USAID, at the Horticulture Innovation Lab's "Postharvest in Horticulture: Reducing losses and improving quality to capture high-value crops" event held July 24, 2014, at the UC Washington Center in Washington, D.C.

This presentation highlights many organizations involved in a multitude of global initiatives to reduce postharvest losses in a variety of crops and commodities, worldwide, with support from USAID. Featured programs include the World Vegetable Center (AVRDC), the IPM Innovation Lab, the Postharvest Innovation Lab, the Food Processing Innovation Lab, the USAID-KHCP project in Kenya, the Tanzania Agriculture Productivity Program (TAPP), and Aflatoxin-related projects.
